We wanted to inform you that our company is planning to relocate our facility, tentatively scheduled for early August. This relocation is part of our continuous efforts to enhance our services and provide an improved mining experience for our valued customers.
During the relocation process, there will be a temporary disruption in mining operations. The shipping and reconnection process is estimated to take approximately 10-15 days. As a result, the miners will need to be turned off during this period to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the new facility. We understand the importance of uninterrupted mining and strive to minimize any downtime. However, please note that due to the nature of the relocation process, this temporary shutdown is necessary. Rest assured, our team will work diligently to expedite the reconnection process and resume mining operations as soon as possible.
In regards to the relocation and shipping cost, we would like to inform you that there will be a charge of approximately 120 USD per item. This cost will cover the expenses associated with the relocation and shipping of your mining equipment to the new facility. Please note that this cost will be included in your next invoice for your convenience. It is important to highlight that for those miners that are turned off by customer requested, it is necessary to cover the relocation and shipping cost in order to proceed with the move to our new facility. We kindly request your cooperation in this matter to ensure a seamless transition.
We will continue to keep you updated on the progress of the relocation and provide you with more detailed information as it becomes available. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the process or any other matter, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you and ensure a smooth transition during this exciting phase.
