Through My Account, you may view your lottery ticket statues. Once you win a lottery or the lottery you have participated in has ended, it will be displayed on your Lottery Dashboard.
How Many Lottery Tickets Can I Buy For Each Product?
Each lottery product has a different maximum purchase ticket amount. Also, you may only purchase the maximum amount with one account. Buying lottery tickets over a maximum amount via placing orders with many accounts violates our terms and policies. Hence you will be terminated from participating in a lottery and any orders from HashMax.
What Are The Chances I Could Win A Lottery Product?
Our lottery products have different win rates of 1:150 ~ 1:2000 depending on the lottery product. You may check the lottery ticket statues of each product at their product description.
What If The Lottery Does Not Reach Its Minimum Tickets?
The lottery end date will be postponed for another month, to encourage more buys of the tickets. The lottery product will not be terminated or dis-listed but refunds are not available for the participation.
