Mining farms are places where mining rigs are operated and managed centrally. It’s usually located in rural areas where plenty of cheap and stable electricity is available.

From the very beginning, mining farms are dilapidated, where there were only a few racks with mining rigs loaded on them. At that time, mining rigs deteriorate very fast, resulting in high maintenance costs. Gradually, people started to equip mining farms with ventilation and dust-proof solutions, implement strict controls of room temperature and humidity so as to create a better operating environment for miners. Today, most of the mining farms are technologically advanced and well-managed, making mining far more profitable than home-based mining.
